I begin by taking a deep breath in. I close my eyes. I immediately see and hear the following runes.

DAGAZ LAGUZ SOWILO

I then see a map of America, and one by one, I draw these runes on America so the energy of each rune infuses the hearts, minds and souls in this country with a breakthrough in fear based thinking, an open creative connection to the divine higher power, and a soul-level sense of being whole again as we as a collective unconsciousness journey home.

With my eyes still closed, I then chant this trio of runes, feeling the energy of each letter vibrate in my body. I sit quietly in this energy, and see the energy infuse the land, sky and sea. This tranquil energy delivers a gentle knowing that we will all be okay, and that all is in divine order at all times.

I close my meditation by stretching out my arms and gesturing to create a giant heart with arms and I say “so mote it be” as I bring that energy into my own heart.

The runes serve as conduit that allows us to connect to the elements and mass consciousness. We move out of “the story” starring victims and villains, and embrace the Truth: what serves our highest and greatest good is inevitable. The key to reducing suffering is Knowing. The Truth will set you free. The Truth will always come into the light.
